I feel like a child again when I have my fashion sketching classes at nights. I can sit there for hours and time passes by and I don’t even notice.. This is the same as when I was a dancer.. Time just passes by and you pay no attention to the world around you. Living in the moment for a few hours. That’s therapy at it’s best.

Start With A ”Good Mood-Breakfast”

I found this recipe at health.com , definitely gonna try it tomorrow!

Breakfast: Nutty Cinnamon Quinoa with Blackberries
How to make it:
Bring 1/4 cup low-fat milk, 1/4 cup water, and 1/4 cup rinsed quinoa to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup blackberries, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon; top with 1 teaspoon agave nectar and 1 tablespoon toasted walnuts.

Why it’s such a good start on your day: Quinoa is rich in hunger-fighting protein. Milk’s vitamin D may increase the “happy hormone” serotonin. And walnuts deliver mood-elevating omega-3s. Another good thing is that cinnamon is a metabolism booster, so this breakfast will boost both your mood and your fat loss!

Somewhere Else

I want to travel, leave Gothenburg. I kinda live to travel. I’m used to travel quite a lot but when I have school I obviously can’t travel just like that.. I can’t wait to finish high school so that I finally can go out and see more of the world. Planning a trip to Paris in the beginning of December. Yessss, love that city!! Always excited to go!
